CURRENT JOB OPENINGS:
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Role: Full-time Personal Assistant to Matt Matoba, who runs MATOBA, an Eames-ian agency that handles many different visual projects, and also detective work, and also runs an art gallery.
Location: 2130 Sawtelle, Los Angeles
(Historic Little Osaka)
Pay: Competitive Los Angeles salary, paid bi-monthly, with potential hiring perks. Range available on request.
Requirements: Valid US driver’s license and in-person is a must. Also needs previous experience in assistance of some form. Must live within a local commute to the office. Must have a good memory. Mustn't take bullshit. Our work involves being bold.
Description of work: Assists Matt and MATOBA with all day to day tasks. Small things like picking up food and things that are much more interesting like sorting never before seen video games- but mostly a lot of the clean up stuff. A usual day will start at the office and will involve general office maintenance.
You should be: Someone who wants a long-term career and who is eager to help MATOBA grow. Someone who is interested in the fields we work in (or it'll probably be very boring to work here, for you.) Someone who is OK making MATOBA their main focus. (Totally alright if that's not you! But that's what we're looking for.)
